I dont know bout where other people live but where i live a wave of black dressing 'Used' listening emos are lining the streets...The music they listen to is My chemical romance, the used, panic! at the disco, HIM and varies other whinging bands... I just see it as a fashion thing and tryin to be different by fitting in with a group of other people who try and be different...I wonder do they notice that there all the same by listening to the same music and whereing the same clothes...
But dont worry they wont take over casue...there to busy killing themselves off...Whose side are people on?????????
the whole emo thing just !***!es me off. Especially when you are trying to watch Pirates of the Caribben 2 at midnight with the tickets you paid good money for and theres a whole f--ing row of them behind you talking through the whole thing about how much stress is in their lives and how they should probably start another whiney band about it. I want to bitc*h slap them all.

Wow, preteens really shouldn't be out that long.
Just kidding. Anyway... It's not exactly a new thing, it's been around a few years. I blame the media, all of the heroes in movies have "terrible" lifes.
it just annoys me how everyone must have a label...and specially them calling themselves emo/scene....eg if your punk you dont go around saying how punk you are...
But as rushisqueer said no one even know real rock anymore...I salute all those muso's out there playing cause they love it!
yeh, what ever happenend to musical experimentation. pushing the boundaries of what you can do with a gutiar or bass? these emo bands dont do anything new, and most of is really simple punk type playing style. and the screaming and shouting they do, that annoys me as well.
Well from what I've heard Scene and Emo are two different things. Emo is depressed, sappy, poetic, suicidal people. And Scene is people that go to every rock/pop concert imaginable. idk. That's what I've heard. Not saying that that's what it is.
What we really need is a new Nirvana to destroy these !****!s
And let em kill emselves, another dead emo listener, andother idiot who thinks they know rock and thinks their music is emotional but is really A FUCKING RETARD dead.
well if anything it is fun to laugh at emo kids. like when we went to disney land... theHAPPIEST place on earth... EMO KIDS AT DISNEYLAND???
<sigh>
yeah i blame hot topic. dont get me wrong i shop there occasionally, but all in all hot topic is to emo what hollister is to preps. just helping them make there image.
i say if you let music and clothes command your personality like the emo kids, well go ahead here is my knife, kill yourself.

There, I'm done.
That happened to me last night... lol... Although they were infront, behind and at the sides... i was watching the same movie too lol
btw amen to tool fan guy. i hear you loud and clear...
"um you are ruining my movie, besides shouldnt you be, oh i dunno writing a love letter/song in your blood to your ex?" and crying. dont forget the crying.
Nirvana is the reason this alternative punk/emo/tuneless indie crap is popular. If they hadn't come around we'd still be listening to Skid Row. Personally i'd prefer it that way
