Who are some of the great bands that the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has apparently forgotten about?
I'll start a list:
1) DEEP PURPLE - any band that sells over 130 million albums, and was the biggest selling band in the world for two straight years (1973/1974), with many classic songs and albums, and of course the most famous riffs in rock history (Smoke On The Water) should be inducted, don't you think?
2) MOODY BLUES - another big selling U.K. band that also has a huge following for many decades and created many wonderful albums as well, as well as hit songs, should also be inducted.
3) YES - one more famous U.K. band that grew out of the sixties, that also have a huge following and created lots of great albums and even some hit songs, should be inducted too.
4) RUSH - another big selling Canadian band that also has a big following for many years and created many astonishing albums, as well as some FM staples, should also be inducted.
Who else should be included, before the likes of Jackson Brown and the Penguins, etc.
