I use to like them, I saw them perform years ago after waking the fallen had come out and they were really good live. I didnt care too much for their new album, i like the older stuff. I understand why they had to change their sound but i just dont like it as much.

I COULD NOT AGREE MORE. serious, they used to be SO good till the lead hurt his vocals and cant scream anymore. Theyre awesome live, i used to go down to san diego all the time every time they played. theyre a solid band, but their new stuff is nothing like waking the fallen (ie best cd ever)

personally i like city of evil the best. i think synyster gates and zacky vengeance kick ass on that album. and their most recent, self-titled album is pretty good as well in my opinion.
