Ok let me start with you people who are saying that James is the best singer and song writer ever, you are all so wrong. Metallica are good and their are one of my most favorate bands but James is not the best ever, the best ever is Freddie Mercury with out a doubt listen to Queen 1, Queen 2, A Night At The Opra, and Sheer Heart Attack. all these albums are Queens first four albums in order and there are the best queen albums dont get me wrong evry album queen have done are all fantastic but the first four albums are just unreal.Do you know that metallica are infulenced by Queen so much their brougt out there own version of Stone cold crazy which is on the Sheer Heart Attack album bet some of you Metallica fans didnt know that one. ROGER TAYLOR is the BEST DRUMMER EVER !!!

I Just wanted to say one thing....GO RUSH GO...they are the best band without a doubt....they are so talented and creative and they are stilla round.....they have tons of cds....like 30 not including albums with 3 cds in them and each memebers "off to the side cds" but they are amazing.....NEIL PEART IS THE BEST DRUMMER WITHOUT A DOUBT...and he is an amazing song writer...geddy i love his voice....its that high pitch distincive voice its pretty sweet ..but his talent on bass surpasses that.,.. sure theyre are some other bassist like flea and those guys but i would say that geddy is the best....and what would a dream cake be without icing....Alex lifeson is definately amazing....he is not recogized even a tenth of what he should be....he is mint...they are definatly the best EH! I AM CANADIAN(and so is the best band in the world RUSH)

This is not a slam on anyones opinion but why is Freddie Mercury appearing in the list of best vocalists? I have only heard him in the typical Queen songs that are played on the radio and I simply do not see what his voice has got that the other vocalists do not.

Hey Chris B how can you say that freddie Mercury`s voice is not special "are you INSANE!!" you say that you have only heard him in the typical Queen songs that are played on the radio, do you know that the songs on the radio are Queens greatest hits not the album songs,this is the difference, the greatest hits are queens commercial songs which is made for the genral public.on the greatest hits Freddie`s voice is great but his voice is not at it`s full potential. On Queens alum work especially Queen 1, Queen 2, The Sheer Heart Attack, A night at the opra albums there are queens fineist work and freddie`s voice is at it`s full ptenchial especially Queen 2 which is fantastic and freddie`s voice make`s evrery one else`s voices sound like amateurs. If i was you Chris i would buy all four albums and listen to them and maybe next time you reply, you won`t sound like an ar*e. by the way on my last comments i mixed round the first four albums purposely to see if anyone would notice but obviously no one has so their is no die hard queen fans on the site apart from me up to now.
P.s If you are a die hard queen fan please send your comments in and reply on my comments too. Elvis Costello is a Sh*t head for saying queen are all ars*s and that Who wants to live forever is Sh*t, Roger Taylor is the best drummer ever and Queen are the God`s of Rock.
