ok im trying to find this great song but not sure of who does it....i think the title may be somthing like "the Jig is up"...no not the aerosmith song....the lyrics go sumthing like " im going down to the gallows and i dont have very long" .... "the jig is up, the news is out, they finally found me, these renigades that had it made" sumthing sumthin sumthin......... any help would be great

The song is Styx but the title isn`t "a wanted man" it`s "Renegade." You know it`s a shame that I can name a bounce of little tiny bopper song or even find the titles with eases but a truly great song like this is so obscure. I had this song on my mind for a while but couldn`t remember any words except gallows so I did a search and found Led Zepplins "gallows pole" downloaded it and found that was not the song I was looking for. went back to the gallows search found this forum and found some lyrics and the artists was on the right track thank you.
