does it have to be specifically classical? clocks by coldplay is a very 'waterfally' piece

There are many pieces written with water in mind: Debussy's "Reflets dans l'Eau" from the first Images book, Ravel's "Jeaux d'eau". There are barcarolles by many composers, including Mendelssohn, Offenbach (Barcarolle from the Tales of Hoffmann) as well.
