Sight-read? You mean to know the notes from looking at the staves?
If so, the the Treble Clef, the lines are E G B D F (going up) and the spaces are F A C E
The Bass clef lines are G B D F A and the spaces are A C E G
Use these letters to create a handy ryhme to help you remember.

Note: If you dont mean this, and you know what the notes are from the Staves, no offense intended =p
