Better on vocals then the 58, good mic to have for live performances. if you looking for a dynamic mic to use on just vocals, weather live or in a home studio, this has a tad more clarity then the 57/58s by Shure. Ive even used this Over my Rode Nt-2 for tracking vocals on some songs. But, this mic doesnt cut it on Snare, Terrible on kik drum and lacking on the guitar amp.
