All features are very nicely design.

Quality:
They all easily break down for no reasons. I had 3 units exchanged in the past, all 3 broke with different problems. Big quality issue here.

Value:
With a quality like this, it is over priced.

Sound:
With a $150.00 microphones connected, this unit generated humming echo and noise when the gain set too high.

Ease of Use:
Very easy to use and set up.

Support:
What to say? You called, they gave you a RA number, you sent the unit back to fix... Standard support.

Overall:
I will not get this one again if it breaks one more time.
