Boss ME50 Guitar Multi-Effects Pedal
Boss ME50 Guitar Multi-Effects Pedal ReviewsBoss ME50 Guitar Multi-Effects Pedal Sample ReviewFeature:the expression pedal is amazing, when kicked in, it can be one of several different sounds, including wah and a voice box simulator. when disengaged it becomes a volume pedal. the noise gate is good, but because it automatically sets the decay rate you can get some feedback after you stop playing. Quality: metal constuction, durable. Value: I would say that it is close, but it could chop a little off the top. the ease of use is well worth it, but with that you also lose some diversity in effects options. Desirability: I needed an effects unit that covered all the bases easily and effectively. this covers it. (and it looks cool too, chicks dig it). Sound: overall this product sounds very good. I especially liked the built in compressor, which works much better than the single stomp box unit (CS-3). the modulation sounds very nice and the delay options are awesome as well. Support: roland's site is very intuitive and helpful. Overall: Overall this is a great pedal, if you need something to cover all the basics, (modulation, distortion, delay, and a decent wah), then this is your pedal, i'm definately glad I got it. |
