Feature:
It's tuning functions are fine but once it breaks, who cares how neat the features are.They really cut corners mounting the jacks on the circuit board. If you're going to plug into this, it will break that much sooner.

Quality:
Piss poor construction. Everyone I know who has one has had problems with the jacks coming loose from the circuit board. It can be resoldered, but not infinitely. I finally trashed mine last night, and WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE. If you gig with it, DO NOT RELY ON IT ALONE. What kind of a deal is it if you have to buy two anyway?

Value:
High priced for something guaranteed to break. It's like home exercise equipment--they don't expect you to use it, so it's built cheap.

Desirability:
I will never buy another one again, and am reluctant to touch anything BOSS makes. It's a good tuner when it works, but until they beef up the construction DON'T BUY IT.

Support:
It's cheaper to replace than repair this piece of plastic.

Overall:
When I first bought it, I was in heaven. Tuning was a snap. Once the jacks went out, it became a nightmare.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE.
