Feature: I bought an AC adapter, you'll use it too much to want to keep replacing batteries.
Quality: Looks good, feels great.
Sound: 60s distortion, the best I've heard for the money. The ability to put the pedal in front or after the wah is pretty cool too. It's just a great pedal if you like classic rock or some really crunchy blues. I would definitely buy it again if it were stolen or destroyed.
Support: haven't had any problems. Can't really say.
Overall: I won't buy another wah wah till it breaks.
