Feature:
Earvana compensated nut, Sperzel locking tuners, Tone Pros locking bridge, EMG pickups....what else could they possibly include? EXCELLENT value!
Quality:
Not a big fan of ANYTHING from Korea, but I've yet to find a flaw on mine! In fact, I have a USA made Jackson, Wolfgang, and Les Paul, and I like my ESP better than the rest. Very surprising quality. Times sure are changing...
Value:
Cannot say enough good things about this axe. VALUE is the key phrase for this guitar
Desirability:
Mine's see-through-cherry, and very stunning. At first I hated the Abalone, but in time I've really started liking it on this guitar. Normally I'd say it made it look gaudy, but I dig the prisim effect the Abalone gives off in certain light.
Sound:
EMG's really make this thing sing! Cannot say enough good things about this axe. If you play rock, your search is over.
Overall:
I liked my fist EC-1000 so much, I just ordered another one in Amber Sunburst! I just LOVE the neck profile, and it plays much faster than my other shredder axe I own. Ultimately, I wish they came with a case, but for the price point, ESP has a winner on their hands. (Just check around...most all dealers are continously out of stock!)
