Fender American Deluxe Jazz Left-Handed Electric Bass (with Case)
Fender American Deluxe Jazz Left-Handed Electric Bass (with Case) ReviewsFender American Deluxe Jazz Left-Handed Electric Bass (with Case) Sample ReviewFeature:Preamp is awesome - harware is top-notch. I only wish for an easier battery compartment. It takes two screws and a tighly cut lid to get to the batteries, which are set very tight inside the battery compartment. And there is no active bypass is the batteries die. Quality: Very good. The frets stick out a little from the side and needed a little filing, but in general the fretjob is good and it allows for super low action. Quality overall is very good. Value: Sound as good or better a basses costing thousands more (like Sadowsky, etc.) in my opinion. Desirability: I want a second one as a backup. Sound: One of the best Jazz Bass osunds you can find. Can do Marcus Miller, Jaco, Larrt Grahan and everything in between. The new SNC pickups are super sensitive and dynamic - notes jump out from your fingers - very sensitive to technique and nuances. It is a modern sound, but with by cutting the highs with the treble knob, you can make things nice a mellow. Ease of Use: See above. Support: Fender has a bad reputation for service, but never have needed it. Overall: After owning Sadowskys, Foderas, Smiths, MTDs, etc. this is the perfect bass for ME. I absolutely love it and it makes me play better and sound better than any other bass. |
