Feature:
It has all the features you will need for a fantastic sounding and playing guitar, nice neck joint beautiful woods, but I had to put 8 due to the fact there are no electronics as standard.

Quality:
Oh WOW, it is the best quality nicest looking guitar on the planet(mine is a limited edition wine red one) OMG its amazing.

Value:
It is pricey but you definately get exactly what you paid for.

Desirability:
The sexiest guitar on the planet - Bar NONE! Especially in red! WOW

Sound:
The only reason I'm putting 9 and not 10 is because this guitar needs to open up a little, and the strings need playing to wear them in a bit as the guitar is new, but it is the most amazing sounding guitar!

Support:
I havent had to do much as far as Gibson are concerned, but the waranty and quality of what i have seen from Gibson is great.

Overall:
In about a year I think the guitar will have opened and it'l sound perfect.
