Feature:
What you expect for a $300 guitar - two volume and one tone knob. One nice surprise were the fine-tuning knobs on the bridge. Nice bonus.

Quality:
Excellent quality. Mine came with an extremely small ding on the neck humbucker cover, but that was it.

Value:
A stunning value, in my opinion. If you're considering an Epiphone Les Paul, do yourself a favor and give this Ibanez a shot. It sounds better than the Epi, weighs less and costs less.

Desirability:
It's no PRS, but it looks great for the price. Shapely body, nice finish. I prefer the black to the brown sunburst but your mileage may vary.

Sound:
In absolute terms, the sound might rate a 7 or so, but at this price there is little better.

Ease of Use:
Without any setup this guitar plays sweet. Low action, comfortable neck.

Support:
Haven't used em, haven't needed em.

Overall:
This is a FANTASTIC value for the money. Best $300 I've ever spent.
