Overall: I own the Korg DTR1000 tuner. Often when I tune with the pickups alone, the tuning appears to be off. When I use this mic device, my semihollow body guitar tunes differently. When I use high capos and partial capos, this mic allows me to tune the guitar correctly. Also, the Korg tuner locks into the note much more quickly with this mic than with the pickup signal alone. In all, a very valuable device at a very low price point. Highly recommended. I plan to purchase several more. Also, very simple to record/play and observe tuning at the same time.
