Quality:
very robust, very nice design, simple and easy.
Sound:
I used Mackie on various occasions as monitors for dj sets. Ever since I came across those babies I put it in my technical rider, they simply are top notch. Rich sound, loud but clear, instant response to anything you do on the mixer... simply massive :)
