M-Audio Audio Delta 1010 and Ableton Delta-Live Bundle (8in/8out PC Card)
M-Audio Audio Delta 1010 and Ableton Delta-Live Bundle (8in/8out PC Card) ReviewsM-Audio Audio Delta 1010 and Ableton Delta-Live Bundle (8in/8out PC Card) Sample ReviewFeature:Wished it had a mic jack but if you use a mixer like me then no need for one. Quality: Well built and solid. No cheap plastic here.. Even the cord to plug into the PCI card is thick. Value: Value for price-best value for the money. As much as 10 I/O's how can you go wrong. You could even use up to 4 units on one machine a the same time. WOW. Desirability: Appearance- matchs splendidly with my Audio Research Preamp and Amp. In fact it seems they are made for each other. (Audio Research SP-7 and D-60 AMP) Sound: Excellent sound quality and you could really hear what is going on. The converters in the box really does a nice job for such an fairly priced product. Having the breakout box and not having it in the case itself seems to cut out a lot of noise. Support: Dont' know so I will judge it from the website- but I don't need to call any techs since the website gives all the answers I need. IE driver updates, specs, etc. But I suppose that now Avid owns M-Audio it will be highly tracked for any complaints. Overall: NO plans to replace it because it satisfies my needs for the next 2-3 years and maybe longer. The only option would be a total digital setup but no need for a soundcard then because of firewire. |
