Feature:
It came with a hard shell case and a body peg for a shoulder strap.

Quality:
The product is perfectly made. I could not find a single flaw in the design or finish. Some criticisms note the thin sides. I find this an attribute since it helps produce the clear high end notes without the muffling (dampening) effect of some guitars with thicker sides.

Value:
Its well worth the price.

Desirability:
I find the beauty is in the simplicity and its well made functional materials. The quality of workmanship is like an old world Strandivarius.

Sound:
This has a very solid bass sound with good midrange, and can ring good on the high end with slip notes.

Support:
Haven't needed any.

Overall:
This will be the last acoustic I will own. The best thing I like about it is the sound and the looks. I don't like anything least about it.
