Feature:
It lets you tweak many parameters, even lets you simulate a very worn-in tone generator or a seasoned amp. It emulates many characteristics of the sound that are quite subtle and completely unique to Hammonds.
Quality:
I don't know about other NI products, but this one works just fine. They must have really tested it well.
Sound:
I had to respond to counter some of the negative reviews.This software instrument fills a couple of different niches that almost nothing else really does. Sure there are a TON of "Hammond" sound emulators out there, but none are as flexible as this one. There's as many different Hammond sounds as there are players, and the organs do NOT all sound alike. This software is really the only way to have a synth that sounds like *your* Hammond. It's also the only Hammond Amp/Chorus/Leslie effect that's worth a damn, and it's worth the price of the software just for the Leslie effect.
