The bi-amplified 15 in. 2-way HPR152F is a versatile speaker that's at home in nearly any sound reinforcement setting. A high-power low-frequency driver with a 3 in. voice-coil provides extension down to 50 Hz. The 1.75 in. (diaphragm) compression driver on a 90 x 60 degree horn delivers smooth high frequencies up to 20 kHz. A 500 watt (400 LF / 100 HF) power module includes a 100 Hz high-pass filter (HPF) for use in subwoofer-equipped systems. Now with a 6-year warranty upgrade FREE!

Quality:
Overall quality if very good. The speakers are built like a tank. Heavey wood enclosures that really good a job of not resonating. The speakers have a nice finish and with the protective covers, these should look good for a long time.
Value:
There are many companies that make powered speakers. Many are ok for small venues or with a whole bunch of eq modifications will sound ok. I feel these are the best made and have the best overal sound out of the box. The rugged construction and QSC amps make these speakers that will hold up over time. GREAT VAlUE.
Sound:
Sound very good. Having a 90 degree horn is nice for filling up a room with one pair of speakers. One set with subs will very nicely fill a room with 300 - 400 people! In a live band use, the vocals are very clear with very little EQ.
Ease of Use:
Very simple to use, attach your mixer and some eq and they sound very good out of the box!! I have 31 band eq ahead of the speakers and just make minor adjustments to suit my ears. They have a very good sound with no eq and have lots of power.
