I use them on the road only in controlled environments for 5.1 recording. Great for many diverse applications in the studio however.

I purchased 5 of thease and could not be happer. Superb Quality, Excellent sound quality, nothing comes near it at three times the price. Ultra quiet with a with a very wide dynamic range.

Overall:
I will never part with thease 5. They are impeccably matched in frequency response. Naturally I will continue to add other michrophones to my collection.
