Schecter C1 Elite Electric Guitar Reviews

Schecter C1 Elite Electric Guitar Sample Review

Feature:
The only weak spot is the pickups. Other than that, flawless. There is a cream binding that runs along side the abablone on the white model that is stunning. The guitar is a work of art.

Quality:
The finish was flawless. The entire guitar is extremely well built. This would stand up to road use / abuse with no problems at all.

Value:
As I already said, this is the best value out there, period.

Desirability:
This is an extremely nice looking guitar. The abalone work alone is worth the $$...

Sound:
This is by far the best value guitar at any price. The sound is somewhere between a PRS and a Les Paul. I will be swapping the pickups out with EMG's but that is just my preference. For rock or jazz the stock Duncan Designed PU's are probably fine.

Support:
The Schecter site is easy to navigate.

Overall:
No doubt recommend this to any player at any level. The pickups are the only weak spot, but only because I prefer a hotter pickup. The Duncan Design are quite with no noise and sound great for rock, jazz or the blues. I play metal so I need some more boost in the pickup area. I will be dropping some EMG's in shortly...
