Feature:
Included are rail clips & screws, so I don't understand the other reviewing person complaining about having to use nuts & screws...? Noob? It's awesome being able to roll the stuff & have a nice telescoping handle. Especially amps... ;) The rear access is a bit cramped, but it's do-able.
Quality:
Made well. Good enough for what it is. Plus, SKB has a great warranty.
