Quality:
Built solid.

Value:
For the price, I'm not surprised they sell as well as they do. However, I'd say their are better choices for the studio. For a hobbyist listening on a home stereo or computer they should be more than adequete.

Desirability:
Eh, I should finnaly buy a pair to impress clients with no interest in subtelty.

Sound:
Exagerated low end boost, and spike an unnatrual spike in the high frequencies make these headphones useless for mixing or critical listening. For a consumer or a player they should sound much more impressive than a set of flat response AKG 240M's . An engineer should avoid refrencing mixes on these.

Support:
Don;t expect much from sony..... They don't care, cause they don't have to...

Overall:
Some people will love them, some people will think they are as useless as I do.
