Feature: I have been doing shows every weekend and moving constantly throughout the week for practice/jam sessions and this clamp has held up really well. Once it's locked in, you're good to go, no matter how hard of a hitter you are!!!

Sound: Wouldn't really say it has any sound to it... IT'S A CLAMP
Ease of Use: Really fast to attach and detatch
Support: never had any issues with this product, so I'm guessing the support would be good?
Overall: I would definitely recommend this item to anybody who does NOT want to skimp on quality.
