Quality: I've had the screws strip out and the nuts fall off and the covers get lost... and the company replaced them! That can't be said for the On-Stage stuff I have that will ahve the same probs.
Value: You get what you pay for and more in the long run.
Overall: Overall 9 because I know something that breaks or is lost can be replaced by the company that stands behind the stand.
