It Takes a Flute Player

This was a piece I composed for flute and piano a little while ago. I normally don't write for flute, but this was a special case. Anyway, this composition was one of the three runners-up for The University of Toledo's contest for student composers in February of 2007. (If you want proof, I'll scan and upload a copy of the letter I received)
Anyway, the piece is a fusion of classical and more modern styles. There's no real meaning to the piece, it's just kind of a bit of incidental music, I guess. Well, have fun with it!
