When I first read this poem written by a friend of mine I was inspired to set it to music, and this song is the result. It's intended more as a performance piece than for use in congregational worship. Thanks go to Jenny for allowing me to use the text.

Now that I look back on this piece, I think I accidentaly played the ending different in church. I didn't roll the chord and I played F,G,A,C three times with a rit. and then I played the two lowest Fs on the piano
with the F,G,A,C chord and rolled it. Ooops. Oh well still a great piece! Look forward to hearing more.

You mind sharing some of that talent?
This is a phenomenal piece! I honestly think you should look at putting your music onto a CD - if you haven't already.

How long did it take you to write this?
