My name is Heather, but please call me Hef.

I'm a sophomore in highschool.

I play flute and piccolo in my high school band... 1st chair.

I went a year without being in band, so I was rusty for a bit when I joined back, but I'm back up to speed.

The flute that I play is a Selmer. It's had some problems and been in the shop 3 times for my G and Ab keeps messing up. But for now, it's still working.

The piccolo I play is a Gemeinhardt. And just by the company, you know it's a good one. I've never had any problems with it... except for when I first started to play it of course.

I stuck strictly to flute up until band camp this year, my flute had its problems again. The piccolo was available, so I switched... liked it ever since and now I switch off and on.
