I live in Southern California. Play and teach French Horn.I play in California and Mexico. I work with body dynamics for all musicians to improve tone and technique; and I work to elieviate pain that arises as a result of playing.

I`m visiting here on occaision to give back to the community and dispell myths and old outdated wronn teaching methods.

Hihihihi!!! Thanks for the comment on the oboe post!! I work with the tuner, but sometimes it goes off..and I think that I'm in tune. when I play high, I tighten my grasp on the reed..is that wrong? THANKS FOR THE COMMENT!!!! :D

john. hello. maybe you can enlighten me a bit, since you seem to be knowledgeable in things Horn.
I have a cg conn 28D ser# 406348 seems like 1952 or 1953.
it seems to be in good condition. no major dents. looks like it was well used. most scuffing is in the bell.
can you tell me what it might be worth... and where I might try selling it? thanks
