I am a grandmother of two who stopped playing the flute so long ago that it just isn`t fun any more. BUT, I started playing the recorder and love it! I am currently going through Hugh Orr`s Basic Recorder Technique Vol 2. I am in college (pre-nursing), and I am a Christian so enjoy playing hymns as well as Baroque.

I have too many interests. I love to learn and try new things. I like to read (mostly just to learn). I enjoy gardening, vegan cookery, eating, Bible study, facebooking with family and friends, sewing, canning, playing the autoharp, exercising at home and at the gym, studying with study buddies at school, and I recently became a volunteer for hospice. I have two grandchildren who live in Asia and I enjoy skyping and designing cards to send them. I have a wonderful family.
