WOW!!! That's like totally amazing that you can play ANY instrument by ear!!! The only thing I can play by ear is piano...and after I taught myself where the notes where on it, my ear wasn't as good as it was since I know what each key meant on the staff. ='[ But, I can still play a little bit by ear, just not as much.
That's DEFINETLY a God given talent!!! Keep using your God given talent and share it with others!!!!! =]

I just bunked into this forum while looking for information on used trumpets. I bought a $50 trumpet on Craigs List for a 6 year old, and six months later his instructor thinks the valves are starting to limit him.
