Dr. Richard Trompeter is a children kidney specialist. He was an NHS consultant at Great Ormond Street Hospital for over 25 years and was responsible for setting up the dialysis and kidney transplant programme. Currently he is an Honorary Consultant Paediatrician and Paediatric Nephrologist at Great Ormond Street and Honorary Reader in Paediatric Nephrology at the Institute of Child Health, London.
