This is the second known published work for guitar or vihuela (a Spanish 5-string instrument). Published in 1538, it is a staple of the classical guitar repertoire. Having given up the classical guitar due to arthritis in my hands, I've returned to trombone after fifty years and have annotated this piece as an excellent and melodic study for the solo trombone. Suitable for any other C instrument in bass clef.
