I think that a new page at 8notes, where we could post private announcements to buy or sell used flutes would be an interesting and useful addition to this site. I would also propose to announce used flute music scores and interesting or hard to find CDs on flute music ((only legal scores and CDs would be accepted). The transactions would take place through private messaging only.
I propose you to approve (or disapprove) this suggestion by posting a simple "Yes indeed " or "No, thank you" (or post your comment, if you prefer).
If we get enough positive posts, I will contact Admin and try to to have him consider our petition.
My idea is that we should have at least 40 positive replies to show that our community is really interested and the labour and costs to implement the new page is worth the effort.
So I invite you to start postings your "Yes indeed"

Great idea, you get ripped off selling a flute back to a store. Is anyone interested in a 1 year old Solid silver Powell signature flute, open hole, c foot, offset g, e mechanism, conservatoire / professional beautiful instrument but I have to sell it unfortunately, it was £2850 but I'll sell it for £2200.
