I had the unfortunate pleasure of watching the series this past week and was horrified. A quick google search pointed me to a topic on this forum, and here I am, so please do not be turned off by my lack of posts. (I'm not a troll, I swear! )
Trust me, I will email the petition to expertvillage.com when I garner enough signatures, but since I am a student, I do not have time to reply to the posts here very often, and I am sorry for that in advance. Rest assured I will send the petition in due time; you are not signing in vain.
I'd really appreciate it if you who care enough could pass this petition around. I don't have many flute contacts, though I hope to have several soon!
I think that if you were to post anything pertaining to 'expert' anything that you would at least know the proper terminology for whatever you're claiming to be an 'expert' on. I know a lot about flutes here and there however have never claimed to be an 'expert' on anything as there's still more to know, etc. I think that's where all of this Sarah Noah stuff started. She's on the website, claiming to be a flute expert but provides misleading and false information which, I'm sure, people around the USA, etc. are thinking is legit as she's claimed herself as an 'expert'. Also, to HopeC, the petition is down as you neglected to provide additional information. The message from the links states as follows:

The opinions of people on this girl are not personal (that I've read anyhow) however are based on the fact that she's providing wrong information to people around the internet. If I were to sell someone a flute and tell them that I recommend that they take a shower with their flute to ensure that the pads fully seal as the humidity and water from the shower would improve the flute's tone, etc. and I am recommending this as a "flute expert" than I'm willing to bet that the beginning flute folks would seriously contemplate this due to my standings in the flute world at this point, etc. THAT is why people are discouraging her videos and even viewing her videos as the information is incorrect and is being broadcast all over, etc. Maybe I'm wrong, I don't really know, but if you don't know much about something and are claiming to be an 'expert' on something just because you know some things about it, that's where problems begin.

From what I have read, the moderator already warner you guys about bullying people on this forum. following someone around and calling someone a troll is harassment and I would like you to stop.
