I'm going to be (within the next week or so) looking for a piccolo case in good to excellent condition for a piccolo with a wooden body and metal headjoint (sort of like a Yamaha YPC-32 setup). So far I've found them for around $20+ shipping but since I've got a little time to spare, I figured I'd see if anyone here was contemplating selling a used good condition piccolo case. I was thinking of spending around $25-ish for a decent plastic case with preferably no name stamped on the case, etc. I may be able to trade for something, too, if someone would contemplate bartering, etc. Bunnies anyone? =)

I forgot to tell you, you can most likely find some French style okay ones on ebay. It may have to be modified a little to fit your piccolo though. That is easy enough to do.

That = effort and effort = *looks around* not here at the moment. I'll look into it a little more. I'll probably just end up buying one from flutesonline.com again I think. Thanks!

I'm looking for a new case and found some decently priced, nice looking piccolo cases on eBay...but the cases say they'll fit a metal piccolo only, and I have a YPC 32 which has a conical bored body and not cylindrical like a metal piccolo.
Anyone know how I could modify the cases so they'd fit?

I have to modify a case because it's the only french style one that I could find online which is decently priced. I'm picky...I just prefer the french style cases because they don't go undone as easily as latches and are slimmer. And it'd match my flute case! I did find some on flute world made for the YPC 32, but I think $50 is a bit much.
