Has anyone played one of these flutes made of this silver? I am curious of the sound and of weight difference v/s sterling silver. I have been tempted to trial one of these flutes. Before I due however any insight would be appreciated. Especially if you have played any Altus brand flutes.

I would not expect this alloy to make a scrap of difference.
I suspect its only value is the BS marketing of some BS "wow" factor, for which many gullible buyers will be happy to pay far more than the metal is worth, even talking themselves into believing that it plays better because it has a fraction more silver, so they do not seem idiots in their own eyes.
I play a Britannia metal head by reputable maker, that I find is pretty mediocre by today's standards. (It was sent to me by mistake when I ordered a less presupposing head.)
A friend plays on an ordinary sterling silver head by the same maker which definitely has far more "Wow!". That is because of the design, not the metal.
My advice is to focus on design (i.e. brand/model)that provides maximum wow factor for you, not on metal composition or any other bell or whistle that you are being ripped off for.

I recently trialled a couple of Altus flutes, 907 and 1007. The 907 has a "Britannia" silver head on a plated body and the 1007 is a 925 sterling silver head and body with plated mechanism. To be honest, I could find little difference between the two headjoints and found the tone of both flutes to be a bit thin and shrill for my taste, so didn't purchase either.
However, there are those who rave (positively) about Altus flutes.... It really is a matter of finding a flute which has the "wow" factor for you and not getting too hung up on materials. For me it was a Yamaha 674 that had the "wow" factor - but then there are plenty who rave (negatively) about Yamaha flutes!

I went to a store and tried a bunch of flutes.
One of them was the Altus 1307. I loved it! I wasn't willing to pay that much for a flute. I am not a professioanl musician and that would have been too much of an extravagance for me.
I haven't tried the other models of Altus because they didn't have any others available, but that one was great. The mechanisim was fabulous.
I have been told that the headjoints on Altus are hit or miss. The one I played was a dream.
Try one for yourself and see what you think.

The first one I tried was a dream. It was a demo - the first in this country - and possibly hand selected to be a dream. Since then I have played a few which were nowhere near as good.
So I tend to agree that the heads are hit and miss.

I have never been impressed with the sound that I produce on Altus flutes. I preferred the sound even of a Yamaha over it. We (my husband and I) did not like the sound at all on the Britannia silver that I tried a few years back. This is only my personal preference and opinion, but I still get the best sound out of a Powell.
