The first one is an older Jupiter, but the second one I am not sure of.

KHS, the parent company, has been making these flutes for a long time, so it is possible that they changed logos, let me forward this to my friends at the office to Taiwan to try to get a definite answer..

according to the head of worldwide marketing for Jupiter, these are not Jupiter flutes, and he thanks you all for your diligence in noticing, he is looking into it.
