I have seen mmany different brands of clarinet mentioned on the forum, but not the name of my soprano. It is a wooden Bb F. Buisson, made in Paris, France. It is over fifty years old now and still plays well. Is anyone familiar with this brand ? It feels and plays like an intermediate model, certainly much better than a student, but perhaps not as good as a professional model. It's bore seems slightly less than most other instruments as it's mouthpiece is very loose in other clarinets and theirs are too tight to fit in it's barrel.

Somebody please satisfy my curiosity. Many thanks.

Alan
