i'm running the school clarinet choir next year and have no idea wat music to do!! this year has been boring and way too easy for our standards (grades 6-8) there could be up to 7 players next year so is there any music writen out for 7 clarinets or will i have to shuffle parts arounds of other arrangements???
Some Q's: are these the British grades 6-8? Do you know how many bass clarinet/s (etc) you'll have? Will it be a stable lineup once you get underway or will people be coming and going a bit? (... so, would you want exactly one part per player for each of your pieces, or would it be okay – or even preferable – if some of the works were actually quartets, say?)
Try music-scores.com They have many free downloads but for some you need to be a member, which doesn't cost much. Most of the group music is for three sopranos and one bass clarinet, but I am sure you can adapt these to your needs. Good luck.
