one that helps inrease stamina that we do sometimes in band goes like this:
breath in for four beats, hold for four beats, breath out four beats, breath in four beats, play ur insrument 8 beats, and then it keeps on like that except u add another four beats playing each time u do it.
its supposed to help u learn to take deeper breaths from ur diaphragm so u can play longer. or at least thats what r band director said.
