I am going to assume that you are referring to the major scales. If you are playing a B-blat clarinet, transpose up one whole step

F Concert - Clarinet G (G, A, B, C, D, E, F# G)
Ab Concert - Clarinet Bb (Bb, C, D, Eb, F, G, A, Bb)
Db Concert - Clarinet Eb (Eb, F, G, Ab, Bb, C, D, Eb)
Gb Concert - Clarinet Ab (Ab, Bb, C, Db, Eb, F, G, Ab)
B Concert - Clarinet C# (C#, D#, E#, G#, A#, B#, C#)
E Concert - Clarinet F# (F#, G#, A#, B, C#, D#, E#, F#)
A Concert - Clarinet B (B, C#, D#, E, F#, G#, A#, B)
D Concert - Clarinet E (E, F#, G#, A, B, C#, D#, E)
G Concert - Clarinet A (A, B, C#, D, E, F#, G#, A)

In case you are not familiar with key signatures yet:

In the F# & C# major scales, E# is F natural

In the C# major scale, B# is C natural

Hope this helps

Db Concert - Db, Eb, F, Gb, Ab, Bb C, Db
Gb Concert - Gb, Ab, Bb, Cb Db, Eb, F, G
B Concert - B, C#, D#, E, F#, G#, A#, B
E Concert - E, F#, G#, A, B, C#, D#, E
A Concert - A, B, C#, D, E, F#, G#, A
D Concert - D, E, F#, G, A, B, C#, D
G Concert - G, A, B, C, D, E, F#, G

...The notes just repeat. The next octave up is just the same notes, only higher.
