Hey you guys!

This is my 4th year playing clarinet. I'm on a level 4, but my orchestra plays on level 6. Not good for me. Some pieces like Intermezzo (Carmen's Suite) requires me to double tongue. Is that possible? If yes, how?

Sorry. I meant Aragonaise (Carmen Suite No. 1) instead of the Intermezzo.

I'm not so sure. I know plenty of professional clarinetists who do not use double tonguing. Before you put all the effort into learning to double tongue, make sure your single tongue is as light as possible. You'd probably be amazed how light your tongue can be. Fast articulation is 95% air and only 5% tongue.
