ahhh, beautiful technical piece. I luv it, been playing it *and trying to master it for two years now, sophomore year. Its a clarinetist`s dream to play it. I have it memorized *heh -DORK!* lol, its fun but dont get carried away saying that you can play it well. I have a hard time playing it at tempo, it works on the chromatic pattern very well, but mostly works in two areas, (f#, f, e, and d#) (b, c, b, Bb). practice it slow, and work on it. if your the master at clarinet, you should be able to sightread it very easily. arg, im not that yet-of course. im playing this for my senior solo, if i dont get `sick` of it soo soon. happy thanksgiving. gobble gobble!

yeah if you know chromatic scales and can circular beathe your set! I have been playing it for a few years now and hve it mastered

It took me about two years to learn the piece and then another half of a year with the breathing. It was really hard for me though because I am blind and I have to memorize the music as I go. I think that is what took up most of the time. For me the chromatic scales are not bad at all because I am so used to playing them from when I learned. It is really fast though and I now have it up to speed. I am so happy that I was able to learn it because it is alot of fun to play. Much luck to the people working on it and just have fun or it will be more like a chore then learning a new piece.
