I think the subject speaks for itself. What do you guys think? Rosewood vs. grenedilla

its really a matter of preference. i don't have enough experience with rosewood to truly give an opinion of that, but honestly, I think it has more to do with just the type of wood, but the quality and age of the wood.

Grenadilla gives the traditional sound and rosewood is just WEIRD.

I have also seen purple heartwood oboes. Those sound AMAZING.
