What fingerings would you recommend for a first-octave F-to-G trill, for a tremolo (or "shake" if you're British) between the first-octave G and the D a fifth above, and for a tremolo (or shake) between the first-octave G and the E a sixth above?
Thanks.

Hello, F-G trill can be executed by using the normal F fingering and trilling the r.h. 1st finger. For the tremolos perhaps someone else can chime in? I haven't played those and would imagine normal fingerings would be how I would attempt them.
