The bassoon is not made by Heckel. If you read the ad carefully you will see it is called a "Heckel system" bassoon, which differentiates it from a French system bassoon.
Whatever, Drew and it is look nice bassoon definitely and I wonder I need some....I know Im from UK but you drew I don't know anyway Can I rub with trombovne grease on my bassoon cork cos the new one is stiff I can't put downward to long joint and I don't want damage my new bassoon.
Have you thought of percussion? There is a very famous percussion player - she is from Scotland - and her name is Evelyn Glennie. She is completely deaf but can play any percussion instrument - tympani, marimba, Xylophone, everything. She has toured all over the world with her performances. You can google her on the internet and find out all about her. She feels the vibrations through her feet. I have seen her perform and she is absolutely marvelous.
