The bassoon is not made by Heckel. If you read the ad carefully you will see it is called a "Heckel system" bassoon, which differentiates it from a French system bassoon.

Have you thought of percussion? There is a very famous percussion player - she is from Scotland - and her name is Evelyn Glennie. She is completely deaf but can play any percussion instrument - tympani, marimba, Xylophone, everything. She has toured all over the world with her performances. You can google her on the internet and find out all about her. She feels the vibrations through her feet. I have seen her perform and she is absolutely marvelous.

Drew,

Oh well, thank you for information on that but I prefer to play on my hand, I love woodwind and brass that's all....I have a Horn, Old bassoon, Oboe, Tenor Trombone Bb/F and Clarinet which my niece has borrow, Bass guitar, didgerdoo and Trumpet before 2003 or 2004 I got Tenor Saxophone and Soprano Saxophone but Tenor saxophone been sold by South African in near Preston(my god first time met a South African....I know drummer is easy to play tho I can't comment cos this is a bassoon forum not about me in different musical instrument, Please forgive me and apologize.

Thank you for help Drew.
